WAR.

Same War, New Name.

Hey Rebels— Pixie here.

Also on July 16, 2025, we dropped the WAR collection. We dropped two collections on our opening day because we felt the need to meet the moment.

These aren’t just shirts—they’re a siren. For the ones who remember, who question everything, and refuse to swallow the headline, this isn’t defense. It’s déjà vu.

Right now, headlines scream that America is “defending freedom.” That we’re “restoring order.” But those of us who’ve watched the cycles of history know the truth: same war, new name.

Earlier this year, DT's administration formally committed U.S. forces to a new war front in Iran, escalating tensions that had been simmering for decades. The conflict ignited fast after clashes along the Persian Gulf and alleged Iranian strikes on U.S. allies. Simultaneously, the U.S. has deepened involvement in Israel’s military operations in Gaza and southern Lebanon, while increasing covert and cyber operations aimed at Russia’s infrastructure and military supply chains. This administration has justified these actions as necessary shows of strength, dismissing calls for restraint as “weakness.”

However, it’s impossible to ignore that these conflicts serve Donald's narrative—and his fixation on authoritarian strongmen. From day one, he has praised leaders like Vladimir Putin, Viktor Orbán, and Mohammed bin Salman, men who silence journalists, jail political opponents, and rule through fear. His foreign policy has consistently prioritized admiration for power and control over democratic alliances. Now, in 2025, that fascination shapes every military move.

This isn’t the first time America has been dragged into distant wars under the banner of defense. In Vietnam, we were told communism would spread like a virus unless we intervened. In Iraq, we were told there were weapons of mass destruction. In Afghanistan, we stayed for two decades chasing an ever-shifting mission. Each time, politicians insisted we were protecting freedom. Each time, young people were sent to die. Each time, civilians overseas paid the ultimate price. And each time, corporations made billions supplying the machinery of war.

The 2025 decision to entangle the U.S. in simultaneous confrontations against Iran, intertwined with Israel’s regional conflicts, and against Russia, threatens to widen into a global conflict. Military analysts warn that any direct engagement with Iran could ignite regional chaos, shutting down oil routes, collapsing fragile governments, and sending waves of refugees across borders. Escalation against Russia risks triggering retaliatory cyberattacks or even tactical nuclear threats in Eastern Europe. Meanwhile, Israel’s offensive actions risk plunging the Middle East into deeper violence and humanitarian catastrophe.

For Americans, this means lives lost, futures mortgaged, and domestic crises ignored. It means military budgets are soaring while schools crumble and hospitals beg for funding. It means political polarization sharpened, as dissent is painted as disloyalty. And it means another generation inheriting trauma and grief.

At Grunge Luxe, we refuse to look away. The WAR drop exists because we’ve seen this playbook before. The slogans on these shirts carry truths that history has tried to teach us again and again: Not Again. This Isn’t Defense. History on Repeat. Don’t Look Away. This Is A Distraction. Protect People, Not Power. War Feeds Chaos. Grief Unites Us.

This drop is for the ones who remember. For those who refuse to believe that bombs bring freedom. For those who know that protecting people is not the same as protecting power. For those who see through the noise and recognize that war isn’t strength—it’s tragedy.

We see it. We say it.
